ICD Management page

The following tasks use this page:

• Uploading an ICD.
• Viewing and printing an ICD.

  Fields in the Manage ICDs page

  Field	Description	Notes
  Fields
  ICD Name	Descriptive identifier for the ICD.	Required. You cannot reuse the name of an existing ICD, even with different capitalization. Also appears as a column in the grid.
  ICD Type	Type of ICD.	You can upload ICDs for each type: EDC ePRO Observer Also appears as a column in the grid.
  Active Date	Date the ICD goes into effect.	Required. Also appears as a column in the grid.
  Language	Language of the text in the ICD.
  Load ICD	Browse for the ICD file to upload.	Required.
  Columns
  Details link	Edit ICDs already uploaded to the OLX application.
  Name	Descriptive identifier for the ICD.
  ICD Type	Type of ICD.	You can upload ICDs for each type: EDC ePRO Observer
  Latest Version	Latest version of the ICD.
  Active Date	Date the ICD goes into effect.
  Is Active	Whether the ICD is active.
