  Fields in the Edit ICD page

  Field	Description	Notes
  Fields
  ICD Name	Descriptive identifier for the ICD.
  ICD Type	Type of ICD.	Read-only.
  Check to add new version	Whether to add a new version of the ICD.
  Active Date	Date the ICD goes into effect.	Only appears when Check to add new version is selected. Also appears as a column in the grid. Can be a future date.
  Language	Language of the text in the ICD.	Only appears when Check to add new version is selected. Also appears as a column in the grid.
  Load ICD	Browse for the ICD file to upload.	Only appears when Check to add new version is selected.
  Columns
  Version	Version of the ICD.
  Active Date	Date the ICD goes into effect.
  Add New Language ()	Upload the document in another language.	Only appears when another language is available.
  Language	Language of the text in the ICD.
  View ICD ()	View the ICD PDF.
