Viewing the signing history of a visit or form

The Audit Trail page for a visit or form includes the signing history of that visit or form.

1. Display the Audit Trail page for a visit or form. For more information, see Audit Trail page.
2. To see the signing history, click the plus sign to the left of Sign Form or Unsign Form in the Field column.

   The most recent signature appears first.

   For more information, see Audit Trail page.

3. Click Back.
