Query Metrics by Group report

Summary

This report displays the total number of queries entered by each role and the System user. A total row appears at the bottom of the table.

Charts and graphs

• Bar graph—Displays, for each role, the number of queries in each status that were issued by users in the role.
• Pie charts—Display, for each role, the percentage of total queries that is made up of queries in each query status.

Data groupings

Issuer.

Column

Description

Site ID

Identification number assigned to the site.

Issuer

User name of the user who entered the query. For automatic queries, the issuer is System.

Total Queries

Total number of queries entered by the issuer.

Count of Open Queries

Total number of open queries entered by the issuer.

Count of Answered Queries

Total number of answered queries entered by the issuer.

Count of Approved Queries

Total number of approved queries entered by the issuer.

Count of Closed Queries

Total number of closed queries entered by the issuer.
