Query Performance report

Summary

This report displays query resolution data for each site. The report separates manual and system query data.

Charts and graphs

A bar graph displays data from each site, grouped by the following averages:

• Opened to Answered—Average number of days needed to answer an opened query.
• Answered to Approved—Average number of days needed to approve an answered query.
• Opened to Approved—Average number of days needed to approve an opened query.

Column

Description

Site Number

Identification number assigned to the site.

Site Name

Full name of the site.

Query Type

Type of query (System Query or Manual Query). This column contains two rows for each site: one to display the total number of automatic queries and one to display the total number of manual queries.

Days Opened to Answered (Average)

For each site, the average number of days between the date when a query was opened and the date when the query was answered.

Days Answered to Approved (Average)

For each site, the average number of days between the date when a query was answered and the date when the query was approved.

For each site, the average number of days between the date when a query was opened and the date when the query was approved.
