Query Total by Form report

Summary

This report displays the total number of queries that are associated with each form in the study, differentiating candidate queries from automatic and other manual queries.

Charts and graphs

• Bar graph—For each site, displays the number of queries that have been raised on each form.
• Pie chart—For each site, displays the percentage of total queries raised on each form.

Site Number

Site number.

Site Name

Full name of the site.

Form Name

Name of the form.

# of Candidate Query

Number of candidate queries associated with the form.

# of Real Query

Number of queries that are in the Open, Approved, Answered, Closed, or Deleted query status and are associated with the form.

Query Total

Total number of queries associated with the form.
