Site Visit Completion report

Summary

For each site, this report displays the visits that each patient has completed. Subtotals appear for each patient, showing the number of visits completed by that patient. The report also shows the total number of completed visits for all patients.

Charts and graphs

A bar graph displays the total number of patients whose visits are complete for each site.

Column

Description

Site Number

Identification number assigned to the site.

Site Name

Full name of the site.

Patient ID

Unique identifier for the patient.

Visit Name

Name of the visit as displayed in the user interface.

Visit Completion Date (GMT)

Date and time when the visit was completed, if the status is Complete.
