Site Number | Identification number assigned to the site. |
Site Name | Full name of the site. |
Patient ID | Unique identifier for the patient. |
eCode Currency | Currency in which the eCodes were issued. |
eCodes Assigned | For the specified currency, the total number of eCodes that are assigned. |
