Summary

This report displays statuses and completion dates for all ePRO visits.

Charts and graphs

A bar graph displays the number of complete ePRO visits for each site.

Column

Description

Site Number

Identification number assigned to the site.

Site Name

Full name of the site.

Patient ID

Unique identifier for the patient.

Visit Name

Name of the visit as displayed in the user interface.

Visit Status

• Complete—All ePRO items have been submitted successfully.
• Incomplete—Not all ePRO items have been submitted successfully, and the survey window has expired.
• In Window—Not all ePRO items have been submitted successfully, but the survey window is still open.
• <null> or Not Started—The survey window for the visit is not yet open.

Visit Completion Date (GMT)

Date when the visit was completed, if status is Complete.
