  Fields in the Call Center Script Setting page

  Field	Description	Note
  Script Name drop-down list	The selected script section.
  Script Assignment	Based on the Script Name selection, displays the contact method and script type.
  Language drop-down list	The language in which you are entering the script section.	You create a separate script for each language and enter the sections in the selected language.
  Script Text	Displays selected script for you to edit.
  Start Instructions	Lists supported name codes and HTML tags.
