Call Center by Staff by Day

Summary

This report displays the number of calls patients made to the Call Center, and records the reason of the call, as well as user notes about the call.

Charts and graphs

A bar graph displays the number of calls taken by each staff member.

Column

Description

Date Called

Date when the patient called into the Call Center, in the format defined in the user profile.

Staff Member

Name of the staff member who attended the patient at the time of the call.

Patient ID

Unique identifier for the patient.

Attempt Number

Attempt number of the call.

Time Called (GMT)

Exact time when the patient made the call.

Visit Name

Name of the visit as displayed in the user interface.

Reason

Reason for the call.

Notes

User comments about the call.
