Summary | This report displays the number of calls patients made to the Call Center, and records the reason of the call, as well as user notes about the call. |
Charts and graphs | A bar graph displays the number of calls taken by each staff member. |

Column | Description |
Date Called | Date when the patient called into the Call Center, in the format defined in the user profile. |
Staff Member | Name of the staff member who attended the patient at the time of the call. |
Patient ID | Unique identifier for the patient. |
Attempt Number | Attempt number of the call. |
Time Called (GMT) | Exact time when the patient made the call. |
Visit Name | Name of the visit as displayed in the user interface. |
Reason | Reason for the call. |
Notes | User comments about the call. |
