Searching for a patient
You can search for the patient by patient status, the Patient List, Patient ID, Site Name, or ePRO session. Searching by Patient ID is the preferred method of searching.
- Select Patients (
).The Patient List page appears.
- Enter your search criteria:
- From the first Search drop-down list, select a patient status or leave blank to include all statuses.
- From the second Search drop-down list, select whether to search by Patient List, Site Name, or Patient ID.
- Do one of the following:
- If you chose to search by Patient List, from the third Search drop-down list, select the patient.
- If you chose to search by Patient ID, from the third Search drop-down list, type some or all of the Patient ID, with or without leading zeros, or leave the null value to include all patients. The application sorts the records in ascending order by creation date. This choice may result in the retrieval of multiple patient records.
- If you chose to search by Site Name, from the third Search drop-down list, select a specific site. If you make no selection, the application includes patients for all sites.
- From the fourth Search drop-down list, select whether the number of ePRO sessions is greater than 0.
- To the right of the drop-down list, click Submit (
).Patients that match your search criteria appear.
- To clear the search criteria, click Clear Filters.
