Viewing and editing a patient profile

Edit the fields as necessary. Users with the appropriate rights can edit the following information for any patient:

Before you can edit a patient profile:

  1. Select Patients (Patients icon. Click to navigate to the Patient List page.).

    The Patient List page appears.

  2. Click the Profile link for the patient.

    The Patient Profile page appears.

  3. Edit the fields as necessary. For more information, see Patient Profile page. If your administrator has hidden Call Center-related fields, they do not appear on the Patient Profile page.

    Note: If you try to remove the only site to which the patient is assigned, the application prevents you from submitting the change.

  4. Click Submit.

Note: Alternatively, you can access the patient profile from the navigation pane displayed to the left of any form. If you do not have permission to view patient profiles, the link does not appear.

Patients who sign in to the OutcomeLogix website can access their own profile by clicking their user name in the upper right corner of the page.
