Locking and unlocking a patient

To prevent patients from signing in and using the application, you can lock their accounts.

Before you can lock or unlock a patient, the patient must be assigned to a site to which you are also assigned. After you lock an account, you must manually unlock it before the patient can work in the application.

  1. Select Patients (Patients icon. Click to navigate to the Patient List page.).

    The Patient List page appears.

  2. Select the radio button for the patient.
  3. Click either Lock or Unlock.
