Getting Help

Page-level

1. In the upper right of the page, click the down arrow.
2. Click Help.
3. Click OutcomeLogix Help.

Opens the User Guide to the topic associated with the page you are on.

The User Guide does not include descriptions of study-specific forms.

Field-level

Click a text box on a page.

Displays a field description to the right and indicates whether the information is required.

Tool tips

Hover the mouse over an icon.

Displays a description of the icon.

Help Desk

On the Sign In page, click Help.

Help Desk personnel respond by telephone or email.
