Uploading an image to a form

If a form is designed to allow it, you can upload an image to the form. The maximum file size is 20 MB, and the following file formats are supported:

• BMP
• GIF
• JPEG
• JPG
• PNG

1. Select Patients ().

   The Patient List page appears.

2. Click the Summary link for the patient.

   The Patient Summary page appears.

3. Expand a visit by clicking the arrow to the left of the visit.
4. Click the form name.
5. In the field that supports uploading an image, click Upload.
6. Browse to the image file.
7. Select the image file and click Open.

   The picture appears in the form.
