Changing your password and password-reset questions

You can change your password and password-reset questions at any time. When your password expires, you must change it the next time you sign in.

1. In the upper right of any page, click your user name.

   The User Profile page appears.

2. To change your password:
   1. In the Old Password field, type your password.
   2. In the Password and Confirm Password fields, type your new password.
3. To change your password-reset questions or answers:
   1. From the Password-reset Question 1 and Password-reset Question 2 drop-down lists, select a password-reset question.
   2. In the Answer fields, type the answers.
4. To change the memorable date, in the Memorable Date fields, enter a month and year that are significant to you.

   The Help Desk uses this date to confirm your identity.

5. Click Submit.
