Viewing the patients assigned to a Call Center staff member

  1. Select the Call Center List icon (Icon. Click to navigate to Call Center List page.).

    The Call Center List page appears.

  2. From the first Search drop-down list, select Assigned To.
  3. From the second Search drop-down list, select a Call Center staff member.
  4. Click Submit.

    The patients assigned to the selected staff member appear.

    Note: Call Center managers see all assignments. Call Center staff members see only their own assignments.
