Assigning multiple users to a role

1. Select Administration ().
2. Click Manage Roles and Rights.

   The Manage Roles and Rights page appears.

3. Click the Change Assigned Users link for the role.

   The Change Assigned Users page appears.

   For more information, see Change Assigned Users page.

4. Do one of the following:
   • From the Available users list, select the users to assign to the role, and click Add (>).
   • To assign all available users to the role, click Add All (>>).
   • To remove an assigned user or all users, click Remove (<) or Remove All (<<).
5. Click Submit.
