Reissuing an answered query as a candidate query

Note: You cannot reissue a query whose author is System.

1. Select Queries ().

   The Query List page appears.

2. Filter the queries as described in Filtering and sorting the Query List.
3. Select an answered query.

   The query information appears on the Query Detail page on the Answer tab.

4. In the Change Status field, select Reissue as Candidate.
5. Click Submit.

   The status of the query changes from Answered to Candidate. Only sponsor users, such as data managers and monitors, can see the query.
