Query Notes dialog box

This dialog box, opened from the Query Detail dialog box, shows the notes attached to a specific query.

The following tasks use this page:

• Answering or managing a query while on a form.
• Viewing the notes about a query.

  Options in the Query Detail page

  Field	Description
  Answer tab
  Date	Date the note was entered.
  Notes	Text of the note.
  Issued By	User who entered the note.
