You can answer and manage queries directly from a visit, form, or item. The Query Detail dialog box displays an abbreviated version of the Query Detail page to the right of a visit, form, or item, enabling you to answer the query and view the query history without leaving the Patient Summary page.
In the Query Detail dialog box, the OutcomeLogix application displays query icons on form items for Open and Answered queries. You access queries with statuses other than Open or Answered from the Query List page.
Note: The Query Detail dialog box is accessible for all item statuses, except when the item is locked.
