Closing a query

You can close an open or candidate query. You cannot close an automatic (system) query.

1. Select Queries ().

   The Query List page appears.

2. Filter the queries as described in Filtering and sorting the Query List.
3. Select an open or candidate query.

   The query information appears on the Query Detail page on the Answer tab.

4. Click Close.
5. Click Submit.
   • The application displays a confirmation message in green type in the middle of the page.
   • The query status changes to Closed. For more information, see Roadmap: Working with manual queries.
   • The visit status and patient status revert to their statuses before the query was opened.
