Modifying a query

  1. Select Patients (Patients icon. Click to navigate to the Patient List page.).

    The Patient List page appears.

  2. Click the Summary link for the patient.

    The Patient Summary page appears.

  3. Select the checkbox for a visit, form, or item with a query status icon associated with it.
  4. Click Modify Query (Manual status icon. Click to modify a query.).

    The Query List page appears displaying the selected queries.

  5. Select a manual query.

    The query information appears on the Query Detail page on the Answer tab.

  6. In the Change Status field, click an active status. Your rights determine the active statuses.
  7. Click Submit.

    The application displays a confirmation message in green type in the middle of the page.

  8. To return to the Query List page, click Back to Query List.

    or

    Click << Previous or Next >> to modify another query.
