Form navigation

The OutcomeLogix application captures patient data in forms designed by the sponsor organization and completed by site users, Call Center staff, and patients. Pages displaying forms within the OutcomeLogix application contain the following areas:

1. Form
2. Navigation pane
3. Query Detail dialog box

   	OutcomeLogix form navigation
   1	Form Each form appears in the main section of the page.
   2	Navigation pane When viewing an EDC form, to the left of a form is the navigation pane consisting of a Patient ID text box, links to other OutcomeLogix functions, and a visit tree. To expand a visit to view the forms within the visit, click the down-arrow to the left of the visit. To select visits and forms for a different patient, type a patient ID in the Patient ID text box, and click . To navigate to the previous or the next patient, click or . To display information about the selected patient, click the Patient Profile link. To return to the Patient Summary page, click the Patient Summary link. To display ePRO forms completed by the patient, click the Patient Form link. To create a visit, click the Create Unscheduled Visit link. To create a repeating visit, click the Create Repeating Visit link.
   3	Query Detail dialog box To act on a query while reviewing an EDC form, click the Query status icon. The Query Detail dialog box appears.

Note: If you do not have the appropriate permissions, links do not appear. For example, if you do not have permission to create unscheduled visits, the Create Unscheduled Visit link does not appear.
