For hardware management, Oracle Virtual Compute Appliance uses a network
internal to the system. It is not recommended to connect the
management ports or the management network switches to the
data center network infrastructure. Servers are connected to
the internal hardware management network through their
NET0
interface. The
NETMGT
interface is not cabled.
