(18913342) Due to a Firefox bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=873775), attempting to play a video file in Commerce Reference Store that has the .webm extension fails. The video fails to play until it has been fully downloaded.

Workaround: Visit the URL associated with the .webm file to initiate the downloading process. After the download is complete, the video should play as normal in the Commerce Reference Store storefront.

(18510647) When running the initialize_services script to initialize the Commerce Reference Store EAC application, you see the following errors:

WARNING: Error reading ITL Version: Cannot find Endeca version in string '11.1.0'
WARNING: CAS/ITL does not match the version with which this component was built. Component version: UNKNOWN CAS VERSION. CAS reports version: 11.1.0.205739

These errors occur because Commerce Reference Store is using an earlier version of the C:\Endeca\Apps\CRS\config\lib\java\casStubs.jar file. They can be ignored.

(14653329, 14653525) In Windows environments where Oracle Commerce Platform and Oracle Commerce Guided Search software are installed on different hosts, CIM has issues creating and provisioning the EAC application that supports Commerce Reference Store.

Workaround: Create and provision the EAC application on the Guided Search host manually, using scripts provided with Commerce Reference Store. For more information on these scripts, refer to Appendix A: Creating the EAC Application via Scripts in the Commerce Reference Store Installation and Configuration Guide.

(13294758) Store credits are not site or currency aware.
Store credits in Core Commerce are not associated with sites or currencies. This means that, if a user has store credits on multiple sites, Commerce Reference Store will display the sum of the store credits, using the currency associated with the current site. For example, if a customer has the following store credits:

CRS Store US: $100
CRS Store Germany: 20,00€
CRS Home: $25

Commerce Reference Store will display this information as a single store credit totaling $145 or 145€, depending on the currency designation for the current site.

(13292794) The Commerce Reference Store storefront and the Oracle Commerce Business Control Center cannot be opened in separate tabs within the same browser.
The Business Control Center and the Commerce Reference Store storefront cannot be used in the same browser instance when the publishing and production instances are hosted on the same application server. Session management mechanisms across the application server instances interfere with each other.

Workaround: The simplest workaround is to use different browsers for the Commerce Reference Store storefront and the Business Control Center. For example, open the Commerce Reference Store storefront in Firefox and open the Business Control Center in Internet Explorer.

Alternatively, you can set the Business Control Center and storefront URLs so that one uses a machine name and the other uses an IP address. For example:

http://machine-name:8080/crs/storeus

http://ip-address:8180/atg/bcc

(13316756) WebLogic specific. Error encountered when opening Commerce Reference Store.
When using WebLogic, if a session times out, you are taken to the log in screen. When you try to log in, a null pointer exception occurs.

Workaround: Turn the WebLogic KeepAlive feature off. Refreshing the browser clears the errors.

(16535125) Oracle RightNow Knowledge widget does not display default topics in Spanish or German.
If the current language is English, when a customer clicks the link on a product detail page to display the Oracle RightNow Knowledge widget, the widget includes a default set of topics returned from a knowledge base search for the product shown on the page. If the current language is Spanish or German, however, the widget does not initially include the topics.

Workaround: The widget still includes the search field, so the customer can enter a search term to view a set of topics.

(17942318) If you are viewing the product detail page in Chrome v. 28 and later or Firefox v. 25 and later, the product image pop-up window fails to load when you click the product image.

(17748455, 17750184) Some Fluoroscope action markers are not displayed.
In some cases, Fluoroscope fails to display expected action markers. For example, only the first page of featured products includes markers, and markers are not displayed for scenario events and actions.
