Black Hills Corporation modernized their HR application by deploying PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface.
Customer had earlier upgraded to the latest application and tools version and remained on classic user interface. A strategic decision was made to deploy Fluid User Interface and scheduled for an opportune period to roll out prior to open enrollment period.
Customer went through a very structure approach for deploying Fluid UI and engaged Presence of IT for this endeavor. Fluid UI transactions where it made most business sense.
