Customer comments
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering a modern and intuitive user experience, Cape Cod Healthcare successfully implemented Fluid Person Data, providing HR administrators with a streamlined workflow through Fluid pages and guided activities.
Cape Cod Healthcare has been steadily replacing Classic pages across its HCM environment with Fluid functionality to stay current with Oracle's modern user experience strategy. By implementing Fluid Job Data and Person Data, the organization has created a more consistent and seamless experience for users, eliminating the need to switch between Fluid and Classic pages. This initiative also positions Cape Cod Healthcare for the future adoption of Landing Pages, further enhancing employee and administrator productivity.
The implementation of Fluid Job and Person Data included several unique requirements. Cape Cod Healthcare maintained its custom security roles for Job and Person Data, ensuring continuity with existing business processes while transitioning to the new Fluid framework. The team also addressed a specialized Person of Interest (POI) process, adapting the delivered functionality to align with organizational requirements by creating POIs as new persons and subsequently updating their employee type.
The results have been very positive. Users have embraced the modern look and feel of the Fluid interface, and the consolidation of related pages into a single tile has significantly reduced navigation time. By continuing its Fluid transformation journey, Cape Cod Healthcare is improving usability, increasing efficiency, and laying the groundwork for future innovations within its HCM ecosystem.
