Cape Cod Healthcare implemented several delivered and custom Insights in PeopleSoft HCM

Cape Cod Healthcare implemented multiple PeopleSoft Insights dashboards, both delivered and custom for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management. These include Benefits Open Enrollment Insights Dashboard and Benefits Dashboard, and our custom dashboards to manage and view approval management, direct and indirect reports, and health and safety compliance.

All these dashboards not only helped management see all the statistics in one screen, but also helped them to make key management decisions. The Health and Safety Compliance Dashboard enabled Cape Cod to stay in compliance with all requirements for hospital employees. This was a great leap of faith in PeopleSoft when companies look for third-party solutions for data management and reporting.
