Cloud transformation with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Cloud Manager

We went live with OCI in May 2024. This migration not only saved a lot of money for the organization, but also made infrastructure management easy. The environment refreshes and creations have become so easy, and the administrators can turn these around quickly. The overall performance of the PeopleSoft application has improved drastically, and the performance tuning of PS Query is faster and easier after migrating to OCI.

Cape Cod Healthcare went live with PeopleSoft Insights in March 2025. Cape Cod Healthcare implemented multiple PeopleSoft Insights dashboards, both delivered and custom in PeopleSoft HCM. This includes Benefits Open Enrollment Insights Dashboard, Benefits Dashboard, and our custom dashboards to manage and view approval management, direct and indirect reports, and health and safety compliance.

These dashboards not only helped management see all the statistics in one screen, but also helped them to make key management decisions. The health and safety compliance dashboard enabled Cape Cod to stay in compliance with all requirements for hospital employees. This was a great leap of faith in PeopleSoft when companies look for third-party solutions for data management and reporting.
