Summary

To assist in the tracking of employee vaccination and weekly testing, College of Lake County quickly deployed Health and Safety's employee vaccinations and test results self-service features. College of Lake County employees can now easily and quickly go into Employee Self Service (from their computer or their phone) and enter their COVID-19 test information on a weekly basis. Employees can also view their vaccination status in the vaccination tile.

The College of Lake County is a comprehensive public community college committed to equitable high-quality education, cultural enrichment, and partnerships to advance the diverse communities it serves. The college has three campuses in Lake County, Illinois enrolling about 15,000 students and employing about 2,000 people.

The Governor of Illinois issued a state mandate that students and personnel must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or submit to weekly testing. College of Lake County knew it would be extremely burdensome to have the health and safety administrator entering in hundreds of COVID-19 test results each week. So, to assist in the tracking of employee vaccination and weekly testing, College of Lake County quickly deployed Health and Safety's employee vaccinations and test results self-service features.
