Collin County implemented fluid ePerformance, Benefits Plan Comparison, and OpenSearch and OpenSearch dashboards

OpenSearch and OpenSearch dashboards have helped our HR users utilize the visualizations to monitor workforce composition and workforce equity of the company. The dashboard visualizations have allowed these users to more independently and efficiently retrieve up-to-date information, which provides the ability to use that data for quick answers and last-minute reports and presentations.

The Benefits Plan Comparison feature has helped our users compare multiple medical and dental plans during the open enrollment period. They can compare the plan in the side-by-side view, helping them make decisions more quickly. The ability to clearly see the coverage and cost difference between the plans has helped ensure employees make the correct elections the first time and with minimal need for follow-up questions to the benefits group.

Fluid ePerformance has helped managers seamlessly complete their employee annual reviews and also create the objectives for the employees. The performance has improved after upgrading from classic to fluid ePerformance.
