Dexian implemented PeopleSoft PreBoarding replacing a manual process leading to increased efficiency and an improved user experience

At Dexian, PeopleSoft has been tailored to align seamlessly with Dexian’s business processes, providing end-to-end support for:

Dexian India launched a future-ready onboarding starting before day one with Oracle’s PeopleSoft in 2023. In 2025, Dexian adopted the new PreBoarding feature.
