The J. Paul Getty Trust implemented the Benefits Plan Comparison to highlight their medical insurance plans for their employees

We were excited to implement this new feature during open enrollment because it gave employees a tool to help them make their health care decisions from within the enrollment system. They don’t have to leave the enrollment event to find the benefit summary and try to compare the details themselves. The comparison is right there to easily compare plans. They could compare all three of our medical plans at once or maybe just look at two or get a refresher on what their current plan covers. The benefit details are easy to read and understand because of the chart layout. We also highlight the comparison when we hold new hire benefit sessions in our computer room. The new hires have made positive comments about the comparison, and it aids in them deciding which medical plan is right for them. I would recommend this feature to all of your clients. It’s worth it!
