Jack Henry & Associates, a technology solutions and services provider for financial institutions, implemented three fluid WorkCenters — Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Labor. While the payroll staff had previously used the classic version, the benefits staff and time and labor managers, about 19% of their employee base, were new to the concept. The response from all of the users has been very positive. The WorkCenters are intuitive, provide a modern look and feel, make running queries and reports much easier for the super user or a manager, and provide a flow for ensuing all processes are completed. The exception section under My Work with the alert numbers in the Time and Labor WorkCenter provides a quick review and has increased the number of managers actually reviewing exceptions. It saves clicks because managers no longer have to search for anything to know if there is work to be done.
