Jubilant Ingrevia expanded their usage of PeopleSoft succession planning from a small group of 15 human resource users to roughly 6,000 employees and managers

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited and Jubilant Pharmova Limited, in conjunction with their partner Kovaion Consulting, expanded their usage of PeopleSoft succession planning from a small group of 15 human resource users to roughly 6,000 employees and managers. This unlocked the full potential of PeopleSoft succession planning for manager empowerment using the delivered employee self service and manager self service features of PeopleSoft HCM. Jubilant Ingrevia Limited and Jubilant Pharmova Limited aim for further expansion of PeopleSoft succession planning by adding 600 global executives.

This expansion has enabled employees and managers to opt for self-progression. It helps human resources and leadership to align the employees and managers to development and mentoring programs, and to identify the right successors for key positions.

This expansion allows:

• Supervisors to find emerging talent in the team, and to find suitable candidates for key positions.
