Unlike traditional homepages—which are primarily role-based—PeopleSoft landing pages offer a modern, simplified navigation paradigm. They serve as enhanced homepages, incorporating sections, tiles, and advanced styling made possible by the new, advanced sectionalized homepage features introduced in PeopleTools 8.62.

With landing pages, administrators and implementers gain increased control over layout and appearance.
