  • National Housing Bank (NHB) is the apex regulatory body for overall regulation and licensing of housing finance companies in India. It is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. It was set up on 9 July 1988 under the National Housing Bank Act, 1987.
  • In January 2023, the National Housing Bank successfully transitioned from SAP HR to PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 on PeopleTools 8.59. The seamless migration of employee personal, job, and profile data from SAP to PeopleSoft has resulted in a smooth transition process.
