National Housing Bank rolled out fluid ePerformance

National Housing Bank, in conjunction with their partner 1218 Global, rolled out fluid ePerformance. This rollout of fluid ePerformance allows administrators, managers, and employees to access consolidated talent information within PeopleSoft HCM. Manager and employee homepages have been extended to include additional tiles for team performance, team performance status for analytics, and employee performance.

In line with the mobile-friendly approach of the organization, the fluid ePerformance rollout makes way for easy access to ratings and checkpoints, star ratings, easy sharing of documents between managers and employees, and quick evaluation of performance.
