The implementation of Notification Composer for NDUS has been a dramatic shift of centralizing our notifications into Enterprise Components and being able to quickly find, update, and create notifications as needed.
Our campus users saw little impact in the notifications that they currently receive, and they felt a mostly seamless transition to Notification Composer.
As we expand our use, we have already implemented Twilio text message notifications, and personalization for how to receive notifications. We continue to discuss further implementation of HR notifications for all our business units, and how and where to expand Twilio texting on a broader scale throughout the HCM system.
