Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) implemented PeopleSoft Human Resources Help Desk CRM to modernize SRNS's service center

Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) is the management and operating contractor for the United States Department of Energy (U.S. DOE), located near Aiken South Carolina. SRNS, in conjunction with their subcontractor partner HyperGen Inc., implemented PeopleSoft Human Resources Help Desk CRM to modernize SRNS's service center. The center receives, tracks, administers, and closes inquiries for active employees and retirees for the three partner companies at the U.S. DOE's Savannah River Site, including SRNS, Battelle Savannah River Alliance, and Savannah River Mission Completion.
