The State of Montana has deployed PeopleSoft real-time indexing and global search

The State of Montana has deployed PeopleSoft real-time indexing for the following search indexes: recent menu items, keyword search, job, person, remote worker, remote worker manager, and remote work history for managers.

The State of Montana is using global search for job, person, and company directory. This provides users with the ability to search for newly added employee job and person transactions as well as easy navigation to the most popular and recently used menu items.

Real-time indexing provides instant updates to the visualizations in the Remote Worker Insights and Remote Worker dashboards.
