T.John Group of Institutions Unifies Student, Financial, and Workforce Operations with PeopleSoft

T.John Group of Institutions selected PeopleSoft due to its robust functionality across Human Capital Management, Campus Solutions, and Financials, providing scalability, flexibility, and support for complex business requirements.

This rollout of PeopleSoft covers all eight institutes under the T.John Group of Institutions umbrella, giving the group a common, standardized system of record for student lifecycle management, financial operations, and workforce management replacing disparate, institute-level processes that existed previously. The eight institutes brought onto the platform are:

• T. John Institute of Management & Science
• T. John College of Pharmacy
• T. John College of Nursing
• T. John School of Nursing
• T. John Institute of Technology
• National Public School
• T. John Pre-University College

With PeopleTools 8.62 and applications on release 9.2, users across Campus Solutions, Financials, and HCM benefit from a modernized, Fluid-based landing page and OpenSearch. The enhanced experience provides more intuitive navigation, responsive design, and a mobile-friendly interface, while also delivering the latest performance, security, and support benefits of staying current with PeopleTools.

Modules deployed:

With Admissions, Cashiering, Cash Management, Hostel Management, Scholarship processing, and reporting now live on Campus Solutions, T.John Group of Institutions has consolidated core student-facing operations onto a single platform.

In FSCM, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Purchase Orders, and Accounts Payable are fully operational, giving finance teams integrated, real-time visibility across the procure-to-pay and receivables cycles.

HCM will extend this same standardization to workforce management, Payroll, & Attendance completing a fully integrated PeopleSoft ecosystem across the group.
