The University of New South Wales (UNSW) expanded their current PeopleSoft HCM footprint from Fluid Self Service, Core HR, Absence Management, and Global Payroll to include a Time and Labor as a new module.

Time and Labor now provides timesheets and award interpretation for all employees in the organization: casual academics, casual professionals, fixed term employees, and permanent employees. All cohorts are now live on PeopleSoft Time and Labor.

The purpose of this project was to provide pay confidence and compliance for the organization.

We have had extremely low levels of hyper-care tickets, and a large number of timesheets have been completed to date. The first group went live in September 2024, and the last group went live in April 2025.
