WNS Global Services deployed the Fluid user interface for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management, enabling mobile device access to key transactions to access and submit transactions relating to attendance, leave, and salary, as well as enabling a seamless, consistent desktop experience.

We have created native mobile app for PeopleSoft. The app is deployed for Android and apple devices. This app interacts with PeopleSoft through service operations created in PeopleSoft. App is named hYve and is currently used by WNS India employees. Soon the same would be rolled out globally.

The native app for enterprise application can be downloaded using Play Store for Android devices. This and the native app gives a seamless experience to the users when transacting through their mobile devices. Employees can regularize their attendance, apply leave, check leave balances, download salary slips and perform such transactions seamlessly using the native app developed for PeopleSoft.

All business logic is coded in service operations. So the app is reusable.

We are on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleTools 8.54. We are on Fluid.
We are on PeopleSoft ELM 9.1.
With the native app, we use fluid version of leave and transactions, with in-house custom fluid components as well. The fluid version serves the enhanced, user friendly desktop experience.
