Screen capture shows the Add Application dialog described in Figure 3, except with settings for an app binary that has been uploaded and added to the Catalog. The dialog has two sections: App Details and Distributions. There are two buttons at the bottom: Add and Cancel.

The App Details section contains seven fields: App Type, Containerized, Name, Description, Platform, Vendor, and Icon. Name and Platform are required fields. App Type can be set to either App (which is selected) or Virtual App. Containerized can be set to Yes (selected) or No. Name is a text field (in the image it says "BriefCase"). Description is a text field (in the image it says "BriefCase App"). Platform is a drop-down menu (set to iOS in this image). Vendor is a text field (in the image it says "Colligo".) Icon has a Choose File button. Following the button is text that says "No file chosen."

The Distributions section in this image contains one tab for iOS. The iOS tab contains five fields: Distribution Location, Icon, Package Name, Version, Containerization Version, and Min OS Version. Package Name, Version, and Min OS Version are required fields. Distribution Location is set to Binary briefcase-c14n.ipa, followed by a button that says Update.... Icon shows a square 114-pixel x 114-pixel icon for this distribution. Package Name is a read-only (grayed out) text field; it says com.colligo.briefcaseenterprise. Version is a read-only (grayed out) text field that says 3.2.1. Containerization Version is a read-only (grayed out) text field that says 2.3.1.1.9833. Min OS Version is a read-only (grayed out) text field that says 5.0.
