OXI Troubleshooting Guides
Use this Cutoff to implement various allotment cutoffs (rooming lists, deposits, and payments).
Cutoff Date. If the Contract method was chosen the cutoff date automatically populates from the Allotment Contracts screen. Otherwise, enter the date you want the cutoff type to be due. OPERA displays the prompt You are about to cut off all blocks until <date>. You cannot undo this process. Are you sure you want to continue? Yes/No?.
Select Yes to initiate the process, or No to cancel.

Note: OPERA imposes housing restrictions for groups. Allotments, which are created in CRS and OPERA respectively are flagged internally that they are currently in the control of OPERA. An allotment might need to be created only at the PMS level at which point CRS cannot make bookings on the locally controlled allotment.
