ALREADY IN NO SHOW STATUS

Reservation is NO SHOWED during night audit and Marsha response back to the message sent that it’s already given No Show status.

There is not action needed. Marsha is just responding with update, although the message fails in OXI it is only because OXI cannot change a booking if it is already the same status. You can ignore the failed message.

COMBINE SEGMENTS

Multiple segments sent in booking message. In response to OPERA PMS change existing in OPERA.

Combination of segments is different and Marsha could not change the data after change was done in OPERA PMS.

DATA FORMAT ERROR

Reservation new or modification is sent and the booking is incorrect and fails in OXI. The issue is the data that was inserted.

No solution from OXI side. Cannot reprocess the information. The data has to be corrected on the Marsha CRS side.

GDS MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY ERROR

Response back that the booking does not meet the requirement of Length of Stay.

Update reservation’s length of stay for it to be accepted by Marsha.

MANDATORY ELEMENT MISSING

Error due to missing information sent from OPERA

1. Please check that the error is not due to Rate Code. If Rate Code conversion is an issue check that the Rate has Market codes linked up. Market Codes are mandatory for Bookings to go through.

2. Reservations are being made with Group Rate Codes and are considered Transient bookings.

OXI is giving error message in upload regarding missing Block Code: "Can't convert opera rate code XXXX to Marsha rate program'

Marsha is replying with error MANDATORY ELEMENT MISSING.

Any Reservations that are using the Group Rate Codes  have to have Block Code when booking reservation.

Could be Training issue:  Hotel users need to be aware of group rates compared to transient booking rates.

NEED NAMES

Marsha error within the booking being sent to OXI. Will fail as the creation of the booking is incorrect in Marsha.

Need to correct the booking in Marsha CRS so that it can go to OPERA PMS without error. See that the Names of the guest are added.

NEW FROM FIELD

Marsha error that the booking is not correctly formed but was sent from the CRS to OPERA anyway.

Correction of data fields needed in the Marsha CRS. Check for FRM is entered into the booking. Once corrected the booking will come down and be inserted into OPERA.

No MARSHA confirmation number not found in CONPUB Message

New booking is sent to Marsha but Marsha responds with no confirmation number. Message response is failed in OXI.

Confirmation response is missing in the message. Issue on Marsha CRS side. Please contact Marsha Helpdesk.
