Guests in House By Group (gibygroup with GRP3.FMX)

The Guests in House By Group Report displays detail for all Blocks in house grouped by Block. Print this report for tour escorts or convention coordinators who want to have and in house list of multiple or specific groups.

Selection Criteria

Stay Date Range

Stay Date Range. Enter a From and To Date Range. The stay date range does not need to include the current business date. The report will only look for checked in reservations that will be In House over the selected Stay Date Range.

Filter

Room Class. Multi Select LOV for filtering on specific Room Classes.  The Room Class filter is only displayed when the General>Room Class application function is active.

Blocks. Multi Select LOV for filtering on specific Block Codes. Only include those reservations that have the selected Block Code(s) attached to the Reservation. Only Blocks that are In House during the selected Stay Date Range will be displayed for selection in the list of values.

Print Rate. This is only applicable to Rate Amounts that are Inclusive of Taxes. If the Rate Code or Rate Amount is NOT inclusive of Taxes, the amount will always be Net.

VIP Only. Only include those Reservations that have a VIP Code attached to the Primary Profile. When checked, a multi select LOV is displayed to allow for filtering on specific VIP codes. (Available when the Profiles>VIP application function is set to Y.)

Display

Share Names. Display the names of the guests sharing the reservation. Available when the Reservations>Shares application function is set to Y.

Accompanying Name. Displays the name of the accompanying guest, or guest staying in the same room as the guest attached to the reservation. Available when the Reservations>Accompanying Guest application function is set to Y.

Alternate Name. Displays the alternate, or native name of the guest on the reservation. Available when the General>Alternate Name application function is set to Y.

Sort Order. Alphabetical, Rate Code, Market Code, Room Class (available when the General>Room Class application function is set to Y), Block Code, Arrival Date, Room No.

Note: The VIP column will only be displayed when the Profiles>VIP application function is set to Y. The Source column will only be displayed when the Profiles>Source application function is set to Y.
